CODE OF CONDUCT AND GUIDELINES OF LLAO LLAO RESORT, GOLF & SPA

At Llao Llao Resort, Golf & Spa we strive to make all guests and visitors enjoy their stay or visit. We wish everyone's experience to be pleasurable, in an atmosphere of serenity, quality and harmony. In order to do so, we ask for your cooperation in complying with guidelines or standards of expected behavior for better living. Recipients of this code accept that their possible misconduct may raise claims of third parties, guests or visitors, and / or damage the image of the Hotel. Please note that this CODE OF CONDUCT is applicable to all sectors of exclusive or shared use located within the Llao Llao Hotel, without any distinction whatsoever.

DRESS
General standards of dress have been established. Guests are not allowed to circulate bare-chested or wearing bathing suits in the Hotel, except in specific areas suitable for this, such as the swimming pool and locker room facilities in the Spa. You are asked to respect the dress codes that may be required in certain areas of the Hotel, such as the Lobby Bar, Restaurants, or in any special occasions or events which may be held in the Hotel (eg. no use of bathrobes in restaurants, breakfast room, Lobby Bar, Business Centre).

MINORS
Guests’ safety is of utmost importance for the Hotel, especially that of children. Thus, those adults responsible for their care are requested to be vigilant as to the areas they attend, their activities, and their behavior in public areas of the Hotel in order to avoid affecting others. Underage children may enter the swimming pools and Health areas only accompanied by a responsible adult. We appreciate your understanding and compliance of the rule which does not allow children in the jacuzzi or children wearing diapers in the pools, as well as the use of non-slip footwear in the pool area. For security reasons, children under 15 years of age are not allowed into the gym area or the Business Centre unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

TOBACCO CONSUMPTION
Llao Llao Resort, Golf & Spa is a smoke free Hotel. As established by the Municipal Ordinance 2107 - CM - 10, smoking is only allowed outside the Hotel and, as Hotel policy, the smoke-free area also extends to the rooms: smoking is only allowed on the balconies of those rooms that have one. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside rooms. Should a guest smoke in forbidden areas, a charge of USD 100 per day of stay, will be charged to their account to be paid at check out or will be charged later if the event is detected after the check out. The charge for cleaning and smoke removal may be subject to change. By signing this document, the guest fully agrees with the "No Smoking" policy and accepts the eventual charge for cleaning and smoke removal that may be incurred.

Considerations for your stay

Dear Guest,
We would like to share with you some considerations to take into account during your stay, for a better coexistence among all people visiting the Llao Llao Hotel. This set of rules is aimed at guests, foodservice customers in the different outlets of the Hotel, salon locations, visitors and occasional companions using any of facilities of the Hotel.
It is important to remember the public and prestigious character of the Hotel, as well as the existing rules which are both necessary and appropriate to maintain it. Hotel guests and visitors agree that their possible misconduct may raise customer complaints and / or damage the image and prestige of the Hotel inside and outside Argentina. The rules established below should not be considered exclusive of other analogous or similar misconduct which are not contained in it.


1. The information contained here shall be observed and enforced in all exclusive or common areas corresponding to or located within the Llao Llao Hotel, without distinction.

2. Prohibitions: Among other misconduct, guests and visitors are forbidden to:
• Cause, by themselves or people they should be responsible for, any kind of nuisance to other guests or visitors or third parties, disorder, vandalism, hostile behavior, disturbances, notorious misconduct, altered order, or perform any acts that may affect the peace and quiet, relaxation and privacy that guests expect to find during their stay at the Hotel.
• Behave unashamedly, shout or produce notoriously loud noises which may disturb other guests or disturb the peace in the Hotel.
• Act aggressively or rudely against other guests, companions, visitors, Hotel employees, hierarchical or not, and / or against their own companions.
• Remove items or goods from the Hotel, either in the room or other areas without the express consent of the Hotel.
• Engage in violent acts, involving either mental or moral intimidation, harassment of any kind, threats with or without justification, and any act, exclamation or expression affecting the honor, prestige or mental and / or physical safety of any recipient of this Regulation or any employee of the Hotel.
• Damage or deteriorate, totally or partially, the Hotel facilities, equipment, services and supplies, or belonging to any other recipient of this Regulation.
• Enter the Hotel, or consume within it, cigarettes, cigars, alcoholic beverages or substances forbidden by national or local legislation. The Hotel is smoke-free since July 1st, 2013, and smoking is only allowed in outdoor spaces or in balconies of those rooms that possess them, but not inside rooms or in public areas.
• Bring firearms or other explosives of any kind inside the Hotel without authorization or omit the announcement of tenure and / or possession, without exception.
• Enter the rooms with occasional companions or not, without making the corresponding registration in the hotel reception.
• Enter the room with occasional companions who are under eighteen (18) years of age.
• Perform, promote or encourage discriminatory acts against other guests, visitors or Hotel employees.
• Disclose and spread confidential data belonging to the Hotel which may have been obtained during their stay or transit within the Hotel.

3. General dress regulations: Guests are not allowed to walk around the hotel topless or wearing bathing suits, except in specific places suitable for this, such as the swimming pool and Spa changing rooms. It is forbidden to use and walk around the Spa and pool areas with inappropriate dress and / or naked. Dress regulations may be specially required in certain sectors of the Hotel, such as the Lobby Bar, the restaurants, or special occasions or events to be held within the Hotel. As an example we mention the lack of bathrobes in the areas described above. The dress code for our restaurants is casual.

4. Use of facilities: The use of all facilities in the Hotel will be carried out appropriately regarding the thing or service in question, taking care of them and in accordance with the specific rules of their operation. Such use may be limited in case of restricted spaces and / or spaces of exclusive use of Hotel staff. Guests are asked to pay attention and follow the instructions in the SPA, swimming pool and Jacuzzi areas, especially the obligation to wear non-slip footwear, enter and / or leave the pool / jacuzzi through the regulatory places, safely, using the handrails and respecting the established safety guidelines. Guests are required to pay attention to the temperature of hot water when entering the pool / Jacuzzi as well as when having a shower in the locker rooms and / or rooms. Children are not allowed in the Jacuzzi. Children wearing diapers are not allowed in the pools.
Likewise, in case of using mobile devices in any public area, guests are especially requested to do so in minimum volume or in silent mode as a form of respect towards other guests or visitors.

5. Childcare: our guests’ protection is very important for the Hotel, especially that of children. Thus, those responsible for their care are requested to be alert as to their behavior in those spaces the children may visit, the activities they may develop, and their behavior in public areas of the hotel so as not to affect third parties.

6. Food: Guests will only be allowed to carry food products into the Hotel in quantities which may not exceed normal parameters required for the intake of one or two meals by the host and / or their companions. Besides, the Hotel is not liable for the goods that may be carried into the Hotel.

7. Pets or domestic animals: Guests are forbidden to carry pets into the Hotel without prior authorization issued by the Hotel. Failing to comply with this rule will make guests liable to fines and / or responsible for any damage or breakages that their pets may cause to the property or premises of the Hotel and / or other guests and / or visitors to the Hotel.

8. Smoke-free Hotel: Llao Llao Hotel & Resort Golf- Spa is a smoke-free hotel. As established by the Municipal Ordinance 2107-CM-10, smoking is only allowed outside the Hotel. Hotel policy establishes that the smoke-free areas also extend to the rooms; smoking will only be allowed on the balconies of those rooms which possess one. Smoking inside rooms is forbidden. Should a guest smoke in non-permitted areas, he or she will be charged a fine of $ 100 per day which will be paid at check out. The cleaning and smoke clearing charge may be subject to change.

9. Personal items: Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings in public areas, in order to prevent loss and / or possible theft. Guests should bear in mind that they have a safe in the room as well as in another area of the hotel (General Management) in which valuables can be stored; the Hotel shall not be liable for any losses / thefts / etc.

10. Powers of the Hotel: The total or partial failure to observe any of the rules stated by this set of regulations authorizes the Hotel to execute, in its sole discretion, any of the following procedures: invite the offender to modify their behavior or habit; and / or require due respect and compliance with the rules of etiquette, behaviour and dress; and / or insist on compliance with the provisions of this Regulation; and / or implement specific sanctions to the offender, such as verbal warning, prohibiton to use all or part of the facilities and / or services provided by the Hotel, or ejection from the Hotel; and / or communicate and inform the responsible public authorities to intervene if necessary. The Hotel reserves the exercise of the right of admission and permanence and as such may refuse entry of those guests who have previously violated this Regulation and / or do not comply with the requirements listed above.

11. Hotel Prerogative: The rules contained herein shall in no way be construed as discrimination against any ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, race, age or political ideology of the recipients, but as an appropriate means of ensuring that all visitors, guests, customers, employees or others, may experience the excellence and quality of the services provided by the Hotel. In no case shall these rules be interpreted as limiting or restrictive of the individual rights of those who voluntarily enter the Hotel aware of its characteristics, of the power possessed by the Hotel to add rules to complement those established here. This power corresponds to property rights and its responsibility for the operation regarding the rights of its guests or customers.
