We are proud to announce that as from April 15th, 2015, our Head Concierge, Mr. Fabian Redoano, is part of the International Association Les Clefs d'Or, or Golden Keys. He is the first Concierge in Bariloche and the Province of Rio Negro who obtains this distinction.
In order to belong to this exclusive group certain requirements must be met: being a member of the Association of Concierges of the country of origin for three years; having a specific separate desk for those who perform the task in the Hotel; participating in an international conference and passing a rigorous examination on general culture, history, geography, art, legislation of the association, ceremonial and protocol as well as information about wine.
